This privacy policy describes how cup26 ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our web application.

What data we collect

We collect the following personal information when you create an account and use our services: email address, username, country of residence, match predictions and game picks, and gameplay data such as scores, rankings, and pool memberships.

How we use your data

We use your data for account management and authentication, gameplay functionality (predictions, pools, leaderboards), analytics to improve the service, and affiliate attribution for sponsored content.

Third parties

We share data with the following third-party services: Google Analytics for usage analytics, Resend for transactional email delivery, Vercel for application hosting and infrastructure, and advertising networks for contextual ads.

Data retention

Account data (email, username, country) is retained until you request deletion. Game data (picks, scores, pool memberships) is retained until one year after the tournament ends, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from the Profile page.
